Obtaining MAC Address on Windows

METHOD


On the windows machine click the start button or windows key which will look something like this.





In this box type cmd and press Enter you will get a box similar to this one



In the box type ipconfig /all and press enter


You may have to scroll to find the information you require but usually we need the Physical Address for the Ethernet adapter if you are on a cable or the Physical Address for the Wireless Lan if on Wifi
