Google Calendar Sharing

Prerequisites


In order to share a calendar you need to be a calendar manager.


Procedure


Go to https://calendar.google.com and you should get a screen similar to this one.



Mouse over the calendar you want to share on the left hand side of the screen and it will highlight and 3 little dots will pop up at the end.



Click those dots and another menu will appear on this menu click Settings and Sharing



Scroll down to the until you come to Share with specific people or groups



Now add the email addresses of people you want to share with the options are as follows.



See all event details - Viewer only


Make changes to Events - Usual for Teachers


Make Changes and manage sharing - Administrators, SLT
